Forum Registration and User Agreement
Agreement between the Registering User and the -]DES[- Clan
(1) You understand that this a Christian Gaming Clan forum where adults and youth may post opinions and interact in a written format. This is a safe place where any person who attempts to contact any youth or adult in or through this forum for any purpose other than its intended purpose may have that information turned over to the appropriate police agency for investigation.
(2) You agree that by applying to this forum, you are not had access to this forum suspended, removed or banned as the result of a management decision under any other name, IP or any other identification provided at the time. Failure to provide accurate information or a false identity to gain access to this forum after having been suspended, removed or banned could be considered a Criminal Offence.
(3) You agree that the Name and e-mail (and any other information within the forum) that is providing is accurate. All applications have their information checked before acceptance to eliminate electronic spamming. Spam, flooding, advertisements, chain letters, pyramid schemes, and solicitations are also forbidden on this forum.
(4) You agree that after your account is activated, that you will enter the forums within 30 days. Failure to do so will result in the administrative deletion of the account with no maliciousness. Failure to utilize the account either by entering the forums or posting within a 90 day period will result the administrative deletion of the account with no maliciousness. You may reapply if your account was deleted as the result of this process.
(5) You agree, through your use of this forum, that you will not post or link to any material which is false, defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, adult material, or otherwise in violation of Canada, the United States or any other international law.
(6) You agree that while you are allowed to post topics of differing opinions which may facilitate some further discussion, that all posts will promote tolerance, acceptance and respect. Posts that are designed or worded in such a way (through actual wording or through omitted wordings) that may promote discontent, harassment, inaccuracies, or personal attacks will be modified, removed and possibly result in administrative discipline.
(7) You also agree not to post any copyrighted material unless you own the copyright or you have written consent from the owner of the copyrighted material. You also agree that when intellectual material is freely provided as a donation or for use of the clan in its processes that any stipulations on the ownership or use of the material must be provided at the time of providing the materials. Fully informed consent of acceptance is deemed to occur at the time unless specific stipulations regarding the intellectual material is provided.

Please remember that we do not actively monitor the posted messages, and as such, are not responsible for the content contained within. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information presented. The posted messages express the views of the author, and not necessarily the views of this forum, its staff, its subsidiaries, or this forum's owner. Anyone who feels that a posted message is objectionable is encouraged to notify an administrator or moderator of this forum immediately. The staff and the owner of this forum reserve the right to remove objectionable content, within a reasonable time frame, if they determine that removal is necessary. This is a manual process, however, please realize that they may not be able to remove or edit particular messages immediately. This policy applies to member profile information as well.
(9) You remain solely responsible and accountable for the content of your posted messages. Furthermore, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the owners of this forum, any related websites to this forum, its staff, and its subsidiaries. The owners of this forum also reserve the right to reveal your identity (or any other related information collected on this service) in the event of a formal complaint or legal action arising from any situation caused by your use of this forum.
(10) You have the ability, as you register, to choose your username. We advise that you keep the name appropriate. With this user account you are about to register, you agree to never give your password out to another person except an administrator, for your protection and for validity reasons. You also agree to NEVER use another person's account for any reason. We also HIGHLY recommend you use a complex and unique password for your account, to prevent account theft.
(11) After you register and login to this forum, you will be able to fill out a detailed profile. It is your responsibility to present clean and accurate information. Any information the forum owner or staff determines to be inaccurate or vulgar in nature will be removed, with or without prior notice. Appropriate sanctions may be applicable.
(12) Each time you post, your IP address is recorded, in the event that you need to be banned from this forum or your ISP contacted. This will only happen in the event of a major violation of this agreement.
(13) The software of this forum places a cookie, a text file containing bits of information (such as your username and password), in your browser's cache. This is ONLY used to keep you logged in/out. The software does not collect or send any other form of information to your computer.
(14) The information that you provide is protected under Electronic Data and Documents Legislation as specified in Canada and the United States. For more information on this, read the Information Protection section of the Forums.
(15) Your access to this forum may be removed, suspended or banned for the violation of this agreement or for the violation of any community standards, policies or rules within the forum itself without notice.
(16) The Clan may alter this agreement at anytime and the content be fully applicable by posting notice and the change in the content within the forums for all current members to read and/or comment. The changed content becomes fully applicable seven days after posting within the forums.
